Trespassing Incident Reported
To all Element Residents,
An individual was witnessed stealing packages from the lobby on Friday, December 31st at approximately 3:15 p.m. Any residents affected by the theft will need to contact the non-emergency police line at (619) 531-2000 to report the theft of your personal property.
Furthermore, Management would like to remind residents to refrain from providing access to unknown subjects. If you receive a call from the call box, please do not buzz anyone in unless you have confirmed the individual’s identity. If you encounter individuals at the door that do not have a key fob, please ask them to use the call box to contact the resident they are visiting.
Also, please ensure the garage gate closes behind you before continuing down the garage ramp. This will prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the building by coming in behind a vehicle.
Please report any unauthorized persons in the building by immediately calling 911.
